I felt talked down to and rushed instead of being treated with basic courtesy. This experience completely changed my impression of the business, i really hope management can address this. so future visits are more respectful and professional.

She hasn’t tried to help and doesn’t understand the issue or look into it to get it resolved but refuses to call even though it’s my contact presence. Do better.
