You get charged for every second you’re logged in, even while you’re just trying to figure out how to connect to the printer. There’s no clear guidance or system to make it simple. By the time you manage to print, the computer charges alone cost more than the actual printing. Please consider making it easier to use and offering more reasonable pricing, especially since printing is such an essential part of shipping.
