- JEJesse ErharticMay 3, 20251.0Absolutely the worst logistics company I’ve ever dealt with. I cannot understand how major retailers like Dick’s Sporting Goods continue to partner with AIT for fulfillment. My experience—sadly echoed by many others—was a complete disaster from start to (not even) finish. I purchased a basketball hoop through Dick’s, and AIT was assigned for installation. Things went downhill immediately. My initial appointment was rescheduled last-minute, and after rearranging my work schedule to accommodate them, the installers never even showed up. After multiple calls and hours on hold, I was told they couldn’t locate the installer—completely unacceptable. Eventually, after more phone calls and frustrating hold times, the first part of the installation was scheduled. The installers showed up unannounced at 8AM on a random day with no prior call or warning while my family was getting ready for work and school. They completed the first half and promised to return on Saturday to finish. Saturday came—no call, no show. After confirming a window of 11AM–2PM with support, nobody arrived. Repeated follow-ups resulted in the same scripted promises: “a supervisor will call you,” “we’re escalating this,” etc. I was even given a direct contact who guaranteed a call by 8PM with an update on a reschedule—of course, that never happened either. AIT is unreliable, disorganized, and offers zero communication or accountability. I’m shocked they’re trusted by major brands. If you’re considering using them for anything—don’t. You will regret it.

I selected and confirmed a Wednesday between 9-12, about 10 days out. EVERY day they emailed me once or twice to confirm my delivery. On the day of delivery, I heard nothing. I called at 11:40 to find out the status, since my husband was sitting at home waiting. They couldn't reach the driver and said they'd call me right back. At 12:30 I called again and was told the "driver is running late". No kidding. They said he'd be there between 1:30 and 2. I came home from work early so my husband could go do what he needed to do, having wasted a half day. At 2:45, I got an email saying the treadmill had just been picked up at the Dick's store - 40 minutes away. They finally delivered at 3:45pm. In addition, the 2:45 email had a photo of the driver for security purposes but the driver who showed up was not the driver shown. For the $110 paid, I could've taken a half day off from work and rented a truck. I'd never use them again or buy from a company that said they were going to.

Upon calling them to retrieve information regarding my parcel they give me the run around and are of no help at all. They are used by BJ’s so I’d avoid ordering products online unless you want to wait forever and enjoy being ignored.

I asked him to calm down and have some respect at which point he started to curse and shout at me in an abusive manner. I am appalled at the way in which this call was handled and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Would give zero stars if possible!
