- JEJesse ErharticMay 3, 20251.0Absolutely the worst logistics company I’ve ever dealt with. I cannot understand how major retailers like Dick’s Sporting Goods continue to partner with AIT for fulfillment. My experience—sadly echoed by many others—was a complete disaster from start to (not even) finish. I purchased a basketball hoop through Dick’s, and AIT was assigned for installation. Things went downhill immediately. My initial appointment was rescheduled last-minute, and after rearranging my work schedule to accommodate them, the installers never even showed up. After multiple calls and hours on hold, I was told they couldn’t locate the installer—completely unacceptable. Eventually, after more phone calls and frustrating hold times, the first part of the installation was scheduled. The installers showed up unannounced at 8AM on a random day with no prior call or warning while my family was getting ready for work and school. They completed the first half and promised to return on Saturday to finish. Saturday came—no call, no show. After confirming a window of 11AM–2PM with support, nobody arrived. Repeated follow-ups resulted in the same scripted promises: “a supervisor will call you,” “we’re escalating this,” etc. I was even given a direct contact who guaranteed a call by 8PM with an update on a reschedule—of course, that never happened either. AIT is unreliable, disorganized, and offers zero communication or accountability. I’m shocked they’re trusted by major brands. If you’re considering using them for anything—don’t. You will regret it.

I stayed home 3 times and waited for the delivery for 4 hours each time for them not to show up.Two weeks ago I called them to make sure they were going to come and the person I spoke with said they were on their way and they were 25 minutes away. They never showed up! When I called back the person I spoke with said they could not get a hold of the driver and I would get a call back. They then had the audacity to schedule it last time for this past Saturday 9am to 1pm and I told them I was not going to stay home waiting for them again. I told the person I spoke with to have the manager call me as soon as possible and I never got a call back. They now just sent me another date for next (June 18th) Tuesday 4-7pm. Again I purchased this item April 7th and this is the 5th time they are going to "deliver" my item. This company is an absolute joke. Their customer service is useless and they lie. Do not do business with this company!
