    I am writing this to report a disturbing experience and a total lack of accountability from FedEx. On April 14th, between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM, I was harassed by a FedEx driver. The incident occurred as I was exiting the first set of sliding doors at the Walgreens entrance (1161 Bridge St, Lowell) and heading towards the second door leading to the street. The driver directed a highly offensive and unprofessional Spanish insult at me ('Loco Puto') for no reason. I filed a formal complaint (Case #[C-236442999]), but I was shocked to be told that the case was closed because they 'couldn't identify the driver.' This is impossible given the precise time, the specific location between the two entrance doors, and GPS records. It is disappointing that FedEx ignores such verbal abuse. I am still waiting for a supervisor to contact me as promised. Zero stars for professional conduct. UPDATE: I spoke with a supervisor regarding Case #C-236442999, but the issue remains unresolved. I was informed that the case could not proceed without a truck number, even though I provided the exact location and a specific time window (between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM). It is disappointing that, from my perspective, the investigation did not appear to make use of available internal tracking information to help identify the driver, and instead relied on additional details from me that I was not able to provide. This raises concerns about how customer safety and employee conduct situations are handled. I hope the company reviews its process more thoroughly goin.

    I always am treated kindly and the staff is polite respectful and helpful I like going here because like Stacy for instance and all staff they are knowledgeable and willing to help in any way that they can. From the moment I walked in, they treated me with respect, patience, and genuine care. They consistently went above and beyond to help me with documents that can be challenging when you are not very tech-savvy, especially while navigating physical limitations. They never rushed me, never made me feel like a burden, and always made sure everything was done correctly. As someone who has been paralyzed for many years, experiences like this matter. Megan and Dave made the process easier, smoother, and far less stressful, and that level of service is not something I take lightly. I am truly grateful to have found a FedEx Office location where the staff understands accessibility, professionalism, and basic human decency. I highly recommend this location and commend Megan and Dave for setting the standard for what customer service should look like
