These people are incredibly racist. The man processing my dad and I’s passport applications was particularly gross. He had great fun mispronouncing my dad’s name and rudely asked “how don’t even know your parent’s names and date of birth.” Mind you, my dad lost his parents when he was young during the Cambodian genocide. Even if that wasn’t the case, why is that something appropriate to ask someone?

Sucks. People there are rude and act like you’re a nuisance when you come to pick your packages up.

Efficient but there's one worker who is there every day that I avoid like the plague. He's so miserable and rude that I genuinely hate going to this location. I thought maybe it was just me but my husband has had the same experience every time he goes as well. This past time, we went in to get our son a passport. Once we arrived we discovered passport hours are different than regular hours and we missed the window. My husband walked over to the (miserable) employee to ask him a simple passport related question (mind you, we discovered the hours on a poster hanging up so it's not like we bothered this guy before). He had a smug, cocky, arrogant look on his face and answered in a rude tone while giving a little laugh like we were idiots for not knowing the answer. When my husband asked another question just to clarify, he actually gave his head a little shake and laughed. Pardon us for not knowing all there is to know about the postal service. This employee has this same attitude every single time I go there. I try to see the good in everyone and I'm always polite but this guy is pushing it. There's another male employee there that's always helpful, jokes with my daughters, and is pleasant. I bolt for his window as much as possible. I have to go today and I'm dreading it. It's always a 50/50 shot.

GREAT location. Friendly staff. Maybe some of these reviews are over a year old, but I do alot of buisness there and I can't say anything bad; They are helpful, kind and passionate about what they do. I actually enjoy going to the Chelmsford Post Office
