  ⸻ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FedEx Office – Chelmsford, MA As a disabled individual who relies on others for assistance with printing, copying, and paperwork, I want to recognize Megan and Dave at the FedEx Office in Chelmsford for their outstanding professionalism and customer service. From the moment I walked in, they treated me with respect, patience, and genuine care. They consistently went above and beyond to help me with documents that can be challenging when you are not very tech-savvy, especially while navigating physical limitations. They never rushed me, never made me feel like a burden, and always made sure everything was done correctly. As someone who has been paralyzed for many years, experiences like this matter. Megan and Dave made the process easier, smoother, and far less stressful, and that level of service is not something I take lightly. I am truly grateful to have found a FedEx Office location where the staff understands accessibility, professionalism, and basic human decency. I highly recommend this location and commend Megan and Dave for setting the standard for what customer service should look like

  High-Value Insured Package Lost Due to Missed Scan I shipped a brand new MacBook Pro purchased for Thanksgiving from this store. A shipping label was created at the counter, and I paid for declared value coverage. The package was handed over properly for pickup. Unfortunately, the driver never scanned the package, and the shipment was never tracked. When I followed up, the store manager confirmed the package was picked up and advised me to file a claim, as there was no scan to locate it. As a customer, this puts me in an impossible position. The package was accepted by FedEx, yet due to a breakdown in internal scanning and handling, the shipment effectively disappeared. For a high-value, insured item, this level of process failure is concerning. I am sharing this review to document my experience while my claim remains unresolved. I would strongly encourage anyone shipping valuable electronics to confirm scanning and tracking before leaving the store.

  My experience at this center has been exceptional the two times I have been there. David who is the manager at this center is bright spot of sunshine and was the main difference in delivering the exceptional experience. The world could use a few more Davids.

  Very poor service. We wanted to send an international package urgently. The person charged us for the priority shipping and didn't tell us that the package is not going anywhere until evening next day. A responsible person would have suggested us to go to a different store where package pickup is scheduled at a later time. So instead of a 3-day delivery, the package reached us after 5 days. Very irresponsible and non-caring staff.

  These folks (Stacey/David) saved the day. I needed something printed for a huge project. I emailed it to them and they worked magic to get what I needed with a smile.
