- ADAndrew DalyFeb 26, 20261.0Sandy Blonde woman with glasses refused to give me my prepaid label because I had the wrong package in hand. Kept offering me envelopes to purchase. (I had correct packageing in car so why would I? Did I let her know? Yes I did.) She had the lable right in my face so I did indeed take it out of her hand as I know they only have to print for me, they do not own the label. Immediately hreatened to call the police repeatedly while speaking over me while I was trying to ask the same question about reprinting the label that she refuded to give me. Said it could not be done so I would have to return. Did take the package I came in with out in my hands. I did take it back. Continued to threatened to call the police so I left. The situation did not have to be so aggressive if we could of have a conversation but unfortunately one participant was unwilling to comply. Will not return because why would I go somewhere with staff unknowable about the labels and unwilling to help.
- DDdestinyFeb 10, 20262.0Extremely rude and they take forever to help you, there is only one mailman we like and he is an older gentleman so this doesn’t have anything to do with him! when he’s gone they have mailmen who don’t know what they are doing and puts all the packages in the wrong boxes and they take their sweet time to come back and fix it.
