Went in to pick up a FedEx package that I had delivered (which was delivered at 1:00) there because I am presently renting in the Cape and have a PO Box. The guy was rude & flustered and said “there’s only two of us here!!!” I came in to pick up my package which I had shipped 2day service because it was crucial that I received it. The employee said “we haven’t had a chance to sort the mail yet”…. (Ohhhhh how silly of me, I thought that was his job) He said: “Why didn’t you have it sent to your house?” EXCUSE ME?!???? Why did he say that??? It’s a Post Office and that’s where packages are sent!!! I told him that I was renting and he just ignored me….I left before I completely lost it on this guy…he already looked like he was gonna have a heart attack any minute!!! So ruuuuuuude! I’ll have to now call in late to work and hopefully not lose my job so that I can pick up my package!!! At least the young, polite, respectful & helpful girl will be working.
