She has sent back three of my packages as “undeliverable as addressed” when they were addressed perfectly. It is an absolute nightmare dealing with her and she is destroying the reputation of this establishment.

The PO is within walking distance but I have decided to drive to North Falmouth where the staff is cheerful and efficient. By the way... do we really have to show our passports and tax info to "renew" our boxes every year? The Gestapo lady thinks so.
