The older Haitian man that works at the store wouldn't give us his name to complain to corporate after he verbally assaulted my mother by yelling at her in a rash and condescending tone when she was returning an. Amazon package today. Amazon said to return their packages in the original packing and that is what she did. The seller packed it in a clear bag and tagged the label on. We tagged the new label over the previous one and he refused to take the package and started yelling to her in front of everyone in the store. I went inside to try and help her and was greeted with his same attitude. He also told us not to get "aggressive" and everyone else in the store was white but he told us the black women to not get aggressive when he was the aggressor. His attitude is completely unacceptable. I'm pregnant and my mom was simply returning a package. I fear going in the store now because of him and I'm not sure if he'll verbally abuse me each time I am in there or treat me badly andni frequent the store. I'm calling corporate to file a formal complaint and hope this is rectified because he needs to be removed from that store.
