- BWB WApr 6, 20261.0It is widely known in the neighborhood that this is genuinely the WORST postal branch. Every interaction with one particular employee is incredibly rude; see dozens of other 1-star reviews. (Sarcastically said "Oh, they'll LOVE this" about a birthday card I was mailing!) They also close early with no warning, and regularly refuse to help/answer questions and refer you to the Central Square branch instead. Get it together!!

Always bossing customers around the store, incredibly impatient, and raises his voice at you... he threatened me the last time I was at this location, and I considered calling the police. I instead called his manager and demanded that they take action towards teaching this person how to respect customers. I doubt they will do anything about it. I don't feel safe around him, so I will be going to the Central Square Location...
