- EMEmily McKerrowNov 8, 20251.0This is the worst I have ever been treated as a customer in any type of establishment. Both of the workers were beyond rude. I was made to buy my own tape and when the cheap quality USPS tape got all twisted one of the workers came over and told me “you can’t do it because you’re young”. Then he complained that I was making him use his own tape to tape my package after struggling with mine. I’ve worked in customer service jobs for nearly a decade and I would never be this rude and disrespectful to a customer!
- DSDingwen SunAug 18, 20213.0Helene literally starts yelling at me the moment I entered the building, a bunch of customers in line were shaking their heads and left after seeing her yelling, I have been visiting this location on daily basis, the rest of the stuff are friendly so I would give it a 3 stars, but I probably would never want to seeing or receiving any service from Helene again.
