I don’t use USPS often, and the staff here tend to offer condescension instead of guidance. A quick explanation would be faster and more helpful than attitude.

This is the worst I have ever been treated as a customer in any type of establishment. Both of the workers were beyond rude. I was made to buy my own tape and when the cheap quality USPS tape got all twisted one of the workers came over and told me “you can’t do it because you’re young”. Then he complained that I was making him use his own tape to tape my package after struggling with mine. I’ve worked in customer service jobs for nearly a decade and I would never be this rude and disrespectful to a customer!

Agree with the other reviewers. Carol needs to either retire or go through extensive customer service training. I’ve never felt so insulted going to USPS in my life

Spent 20+ minutes in a line to drop off a package and purchase a mailer for around $2

I found very inefficient staff at this branch of the US postal Service including employees who had a relatively poor practice of the English language. Given that many customers here are not native English speakers, it creates endless lines that move very slowly simply because of miscommunications. Also others have pointed out that the staff can be on the verge of being straight rude.
