- EMEmily McKerrowNov 8, 20251.0This is the worst I have ever been treated as a customer in any type of establishment. Both of the workers were beyond rude. I was made to buy my own tape and when the cheap quality USPS tape got all twisted one of the workers came over and told me “you can’t do it because you’re young”. Then he complained that I was making him use his own tape to tape my package after struggling with mine. I’ve worked in customer service jobs for nearly a decade and I would never be this rude and disrespectful to a customer!

Given that many customers here are not native English speakers, it creates endless lines that move very slowly simply because of miscommunications. Also others have pointed out that the staff can be on the verge of being straight rude.

The lady who was the only person there rudely told me that I had to purchase their overpriced tape to apply their own shipping label. Next I heard her talking to another customer and was getting irritated with the customer because he was struggling to put his own tape on a package, she told him, "you have to use common sense". This is completely unacceptable behavior
