We spoke with Esther in-person about our missing package and she was extremely kind and knowledgeable in helping us troubleshoot - explaining how usps works, all the possible failure points, who to contact in the event of each and how, etc. - in addition to personally checking in the back of the post office itself several times in case the package were there. They're also the only post office that I've been able to speak to on the phone (the only one that consistently answers) and they were kind and helpful then as well.

A staff member, by the name of Sitarah Clark, at the Cambridge Central Square location was without a doubt so giving, kind, helpful, and worked tirelessly to find my package and to keep me informed on its status. I honestly don't know if I ever had better customer service in my life. Incredible experience, that made it easy to accept the circumstance, and to be mindful on what matters most in this crazy world. Like great human relationships!
