- VWVanessa WuNov 28, 20251.0The staff member (aged ~55-65) with blue eyeliner under her eyes came across as racist and very unprofessional. She made offensive, unfunny jokes even when it was clear the customers in the room were uncomfortable. When she misread my address, she tried to turn it into a handwriting lesson and implied that, as an international student, my handwriting was the problem – when in fact she didn’t seem to know the difference between a P.O. box code and a ZIP code. She asked me to rewrite a number 9 for her before I leave and then tried to ‘teach’ me how to write it properly, as if I didn’t know how to write an address. She was also dancing and singing while working, which felt extremely unprofessional. It’s hard to believe that just a few minutes in this place could create such a horrible experience. I noticed several other negative reviews about her. If I were the HR manager at USPS, she would definitely be on my list for a serious performance review.
