I was told I had to purchase a roll of tape and he wouldn’t do it for me, even though the packing tape was right next to him. I’ve been returning packages at another location for years and have never been turned away because of some tape. I have been told they wont seal it for me so they hand me the roll to do it myself but to turn me away completely is ridiculous. He then walked away in the middle of helping another customer because he said “corporate” was calling him on his cell phone. If it really was corporate, I would’ve loved to tell them about the terrible service I received here. Definitely won’t be coming back here ever again!

They were very difficult to carry and pack and Tu Do and his team really made the difference. I will highly recommend this UPS branch purely because of Tu Do! He is professional, kind, knowledgeable, courteous, and just amazing. I was struggling with the products and he even met me outside with a cart to help. Come to this branch!!!!
