Joseph truly went above and beyond our best expectations; guaranteeing delivery of vital documents and communicating at every turn to ensure their efficient and timely delivery all while providing friendly, courteous, and very empathetic client service. Client service that combines intelligent problem solving within a limited time frame with empathy, friendliness, integrity, and professionalism is almost impossible to find now.
