- CRChristine RJul 9, 20251.0This company just bought up nearly all of the water companies in the Boston area. I have been with ready refresh for several years and I noticed a couple of months ago that suddenly all of my deliveries were either delayed or incorrect. I then discovered that they had been bought up by this company. My cooler stopped working almost 3 weeks ago. They scheduled a day that they were going to bring a replacement and they didn’t show. I called and they told me that they would bring a replacement with my delivery the next week. That was today. They had told me to leave the broken cooler outside and they would leave a new one. They took the broken cooler but did not leave A replacement although they generously left me for 5 gallon bottles of water, which I have no way of using because I don’t have a freaking cooler So then I called to try and get them to come back and bring the cooler and they’re telling me I have to wait another week. Account canceled. They obviously don’t care about customer service. They obviously don’t care about their customers and they definitely don’t care about their delivery service.
