We called FedEx after and were told that the limit was 150 and went to another location who was super helpful. The people at the counter were extremely unhelpful and disingenuous. It was a huge inconvenience for us. Clearly they just didn’t feel like dealing with it. Very angry.

I would not recommend shipping through them unless you want your box ripped open, crushed, and then having your claim denied if you "can't provide evidence that FedEx is at fault"

Trying to funnel information between the human trying to make me a shipping label and the human on the phone trying to figure out what was up with the zip code, getting my call transferred between about five different departments... guys, if I'm going to go in to a physical store to ship something, I don't expect to end up troubleshooting for you on the phone. I gave up and walked out, sent via USPS instead.
