A “rush” fee at a print shop—especially when there’s no one else in the store—is hard to justify. Paying nearly $500 for a print job and walking away feeling taken advantage of just isn’t right.

Completely overcharged for a small package from Burlington to Florida mire than double what it should have cost. Only option given was to repackage with fedex packaging and wait in long line again. Worst experience I have ever had and paid top dollar for overnight which ended up to be a 2-day delivery.

I logged into the FedEx website and was unable to find the account number. Being inside the store I asked for help to find the account number and the store manager said find it yourself. Extremely rude.
