They made me wait indefinitely and showed no concern. When I asked a few questions about passport, they completely ignored it and ask to come back on the day of appointment.

The place itself is shabby and useful mailing supplies are stashed in a dark out of the way corner. Worst post office I've ever been in. Possibly by design?
