Never having noticed it before, I found myself able to pick up the item I needed while I was on the road. Their location is tucked behind a different plaza and isn't seen from the road, which makes it easy to overlook. Their parking lot joins with the other plaza allowing for access from Burlington Mall Road and Middlesex Turnpike. While it's a standard cookie-cutter location with all the standard departments, they do have wide aisles to allow for comfortable browsing. They also have a print center and offer TSA pre-check stations, along with a surprising Party City at Staples corner where one can purchase helium filled mylar balloons. All sales associates I interacted with were friendly and in case I need more supplies when in the area, I would definitely come back.

I experienced twice that they won't accept my amazon return due to system failure or other temp failure reasons. Seems like they just won't let Amazon prime users to be comfortable with them. Next time I will avoid using their Amazon dropoff service.
