  I hired through Robert Half, the kid they sent was okay. However, he was driving a company vehicle, totaled it by rear ending a pickup. My insurance rates are insane now, same for workman's comp. Unemployment, etc. Their fees are unrealistic and I would avoid them, they belong at the bottom as I see their ratings are taking them. They should have offered a refund or partial because he lasted exactly 6 months and never returned to work. He also had pre-existing medical issues which complicated the claim. Which was never mentioned.

  Very impressed with them. I had a great time. Nicole was great, very flexible and very nice. I worked for a contractual position and everything went very well. Paid well on time and enjoyed my time!!

  I have never met a company that will call you about 3/4 different positions and then ghost YOU! Don’t waste ya time!

  I have not been happy with their services. Jeffrey has been helpful but Matt Terrio avoids any of my tough questions and is such a fast talker - he tries to skirt around anything negative instead of dealing with it professionally. I had to fill out a ton of paperwork only for the information I gave him to be ignored (salary requirements, desired positions etc). Often what I tell him is doubted, such as not getting daily email blasts containing jobs that are trying to be filled he said I'm on the list but I get no emails and he hasn't called me back or looked into it as promised. I spoke with another staff member that stated I was not set up correctly. I also am very upset about the high markups. I understand they have to make money but to argue with me over less than a dollar when they are making 5-10 per hour off of me is ludicrous. I am working with other agencies as well. They do not have as many positions but they are trying to pair me with better quality positions, I'm treated with more respect, and they have provided a lot more coaching than Office Team has. My first meeting with office team I was told they were trying to turn around their negative reviews...I should have ran out of the door screaming them. It is sad that they exploit the desperation of the job seekers that seek their help. I am desperate so of course I will take a job making 10/hr when I see it on their site for $12 and when I know they are making the same amount I am - I have to eat. Go elsewhere if you can.
