- TNTheresa NortonAug 14, 20251.03.4 for a reason, I am disabled/handicapped and was treated like absolute crap by I believe it was the manager of the location. He was tall, old, with glasses. They had actually made a mistake the previous day, but instead of accepting the blame and moving on, he started to try to point the finger at me and pick out how I arrived to the location, which is none of his business and tried to have his coworker gang up on me. Two men against one woman-awesome, especially being handicapped- classy. I would avoid this location altogether as the person who runs the location is rude to disabled people. I am also filing a complaint with the the FedEx shipping center corporate and better business bureau as they should know how you guys treat people with disabilities.
