I logged into the FedEx website and was unable to find the account number. Being inside the store I asked for help to find the account number and the store manager said find it yourself. Extremely rude.

The manager, Bobby, tried to charge me for a bag even though my return instructions clearly state that returns without a box or label must be taken to an official FedEx store and handled at no extra cost. The instructions literally say: “Returns without a box or label must be taken to an official FedEx™ store and not a third party location. Bring the item in its original condition in the original packaging with any included accessories/parts.” Not one word about paying for a bag or any packaging. Instead of following FedEx policy, the manager himself tried to upsell me for something that should’ve been free. That’s not a mistake—that’s dishonesty. For a manager to act like this is unacceptable. If a store leader is trying to charge customers for items that should be provided, it makes me question the entire location’s integrity. FedEx needs to look into this immediately because this kind of behavior is horrible customer service and completely unprofessional. I will never return to this location and I’ll warn others to stay away too.
