- ACAmy ChaeApr 2, 20261.0Came in just to send certified mail and ended up waiting over 45 minutes. There was only one staff member handling both the counter and passport appointments, which I completely understand can be challenging. What made the wait harder was watching "His" extended casual conversations with two young female passport customers while the line continued to grow and service was delayed. When it was finally my turn, the interaction felt a bit abrupt and unwelcoming — not the experience you hope for after a long wait. His first question was "domestic? or international?" without first reviewing the envelop. I found the tone abrupt and somewhat discourteous. As an Asian customer, I did NOT expect a particularly friendly interaction, but the manner still felt unnecessarily blunt and rude. My transaction only took less than three minutes. Other reviewers also have mentioned similar experiences with this staff member (bald, older, white). I will avoid coming here again.
