Just at the post office and was completely floored. The older white woman with glasses helping me had the audacity to ask if I’d ever mailed anything—all because of my handwritten address on the box, clearly intended for the recipient. Her comment was condescending, belittling, and completely unnecessary, especially with people standing behind me.
I expect staff to be friendly, kind, and helpful—not to make customers feel dumb. Honestly, it’s shocking someone like that works with the public. Such a shame.

No signs of life at this location. Waiting with several others outside 15 minutes after they 'open' on a Monday morning (not a federal holiday). Weird.

Nothing but problems every visit to this post office. Older lady is very incompetent at her job and will spend more time talking to customer about nonsense than actually do her job with the line growing to 10-15 people deep. Have come multiple times to the line being out the door and makes it impossible to ship any package. Doesn’t matter the time of day, the line is always long and you have to plan a hour or two out of your day just to get something shipped. For servicing such a large area, one would think multiple associates would be hired or new staff is needed. USPS really need to investigate this location and improve efficiency.

Went there twice at 9AM, almost no line, very helpful gentleman and lady. Scanned my envelopes very nicely. Thank you. :)
