However, I just started using this post office in September and I have gotten FIVE packages lost/not scanned. I run a small business and am shipping out multiple packages a day and this is really hurting my business. They have claimed that packages get “stuck” in the self service. Even when I go to the counter, I still have packages that get missing. I don’t know if people in the back are just careless but it’s not okay to be so careless because my job depends on other people doing their job. I will not be returning for any service.
