I sent a priority package and it got lost in the way. It got stuck in a loop for three weeks jumping to different distribution centers. I went to make a claim about that and they said they can't intercept it or do anything about that because it's out of Boston. I spoke with both the supervisor and the manager and they said they can't do anything, they were completely useless. Not to mention the horrible attitude and the waiting time for them to come out and speak to me, more than an hour waiting. Neither should be working there. Horrible client service by them.

Literally the worse recurring experience I've ever had. The lines are too long and the self service machine is never working.

I understand the wait and can deal with that, but the threatening, yelling, and bullying by the man: balding, retirement age, white, (Tim?) working at the counter is miserable. While we lined up, he kept shouting in a nasty tone to us. He made nasty comments toone guy in line who had asked for the manager. When I got to the counter, already rattled, he was not very polite either. I answered the on screen customer service question negatively, while he glared at me, and then Iwas subjected to a barrage of nasty comments that frankly scared me. As I left, he shouted “have a miserable day”. I’m worried that this guy is mentally unstable and will become violent. He needs to be removed from public interactions ASAP. I see in other reviews that he has threatened people.

I don't mind this post office. At times the line can be a bit long but it seems to go by rather quickly. There usually at least 2 if not 4 people working behind the counter. Rarely there is only 1 worker taking customers but even that goes by somewhat quick. They always have packing supplies, cards, gift cards, holiday packaging. There's also plenty of space for you to put your packages together or open mail if you'd like. I've never had any issue with the staff that work there. They've always been polite a d kind and very helpful. They do passport services im pretty sure you need a appointment.

Consistently understaffed, every single time I went there’s a long queue and never more than 2 staff working, one of which is almost always missing behind the back assisting a costumer that needs help with something tricky and will be here for >10 minutes
