They have notary's on staff, plus a self service kiosk for prepaid packages. Staff was great at moving the line when there was an unprepared customer making a scene in mid December a few days before Christmas. Friendly helpful staff!

I used the notary services available at this shop. Roberto and Rebecca went out of their way to be helpful. I also noticed how efficiently Rebecca moved along the line of customers as Roberto gave me his full attention. This UPS store gets 5 stars and a shout-out to Roberto and Rebecca for their exemplary customer service.

I had the most unpleasant experience at UPS store # 6397 today with a specific employee. I was there on a Saturday afternoon. The employee was a late 20s, early 30s male with a scraggly beard and long hair that was in a bun (none of the employees wear name tags which is its own issue, as customers should be able to identify them).
I came to the store with 3 packages and some simple questions and was, from the beginning, aggressively and rudely brushed off every time I asked for clarification because “we are extremely busy.” I asked him how much expedited shipping costs and what the expected delivery date was and he blew me off and said “it depends where the package is going, I don’t know right now, I am not going to answer that question."
I proceeded to tell him that I felt he was rushing me and responding rudely to my questions and he rolled his eyes and denied he was being rude and instead went to help another customer while I still had packages to send. He ultimately shoved a receipt in my face and told me I owe $15 for ground shipping that I paid but felt too unsafe in that environment to ask what exactly I was paying for and what other shipping options I have.
He made me feel insane and like I was a massive burden with my simple questions when in reality I just wanted to make sure that I made the correct selection and that my family would receive a package by Christmas. My sibling is a UPS franchise owner from a different state and was shocked when I described how a UPS employee treated me. His store has a line out the door at 4:45 with closing time at 5pm and every customer is treated with patience and respect until their queries are answered. This experience was so disrespectful, that I plan to escalate this to UPS headquarters whose contact information I can access given my sibling’s position in the UPS franchise. Needless to say, I will never visit this location again.
While the loss of my business will not affect overall sales at this store, there should be a standard that is expected – as a bare minimum – out of employees that have to interact with customers, as well as a level of pride an owner should have for their store and the people that work for them.
