This is by far the worst post office I’ve ever experienced. The staff is consistently unpleasant and seems to take satisfaction in making even the simplest tasks unnecessarily difficult. What should be a quick, routine visit becomes an unenjoyable experience due to the persistent negative attitude and lack of professionalism. It often feels as though the negativity is intentional—as if misery truly loves company. I used to enjoy going to my local post office before moving here, so this is especially disappointing. Honestly, I would rather go to the RMV than visit this location. Regional management/corporate should seriously consider assessing the employees at this branch—I would not want staff like this representing my business.

I have never dealt with anyone who has ever been nice there. All the employees behaviors and lack of professionalism is absolute rubbish. The rudest, most arrogant and disrespectful staff. I don't understand and will never try to comprehend why they act like they do. Do they really think they are better than anybody else around them? I avoid them at all costs all the time. I go to surrounding areas. Even my mail, they can't read who lives here. Always giving me other people mail or mines been written on or opened. They are useless

No longer delivers packages to your door. Now we have to go pick up our mail constantly and often don't get our packages on time due to their hours and notifying us a package wasn't delivered after they close. Horrible new policy that pertains to Brimfield only. Sturbridge doesn't do this!
