I called ahead and the lady who I spoke to told me they leave address forms out. When I went in there, I realized they do not leave them out and after waiting for one, an older Asian man threw the paper in my face. As I was getting checked out by his buddy, who was an older white male, equally aggressive made sure to hit the “happy face” for their experience when it was everything but “happy face”. There is no excuse for this behavior and no one ever followed up with me via call after telling usps of this experience. This happened on 3/27/26 at 4:25pm.

Saw two other workers trying really hard in assisting other people as well, they have rude and frustrated customers and they still try to be professional.
