I come in and they say, “Oh we were running low on laminate, so we didn’t do your job…”. Mind you, they didn’t email me or call me to let me know any of this. How does staples run out of the own material they sell? Not to mention the fact that I wasn’t notified at all. So I tell them to just print it and don’t laminate. I wait 2 hours, and they have it bagged up for me. I check it because I was skeptical and the order was completely wrong. Was missing 12/25 sheets. Terrible processes in place for both inventory and communication. My company has a huge account with Staples… not sure for how much longer
