    Went to the staples that I have been going to over a decade only to be rudely treated and ignored. Walked in to return an Amazon package and walked right up to the register to the cashier because there was no line. He told me to go to the next register beside him because that was a designated amazon register. I go around to that register only for another customer to walk up to him and he proceeds to ring her items. I said to him afterwards I was here first so that's how you should ring your customers. He had the audacity to tell me because I went to the other register!! Excuse me you told me to!! He shrugged his shoulders and rudely handed me my receipt. Why did he think this customer deserved to go before me? Hmmmm ....need I really get into the specifics and say more!! Poor customer service skills to say the least!!!

    We came at 7:01 because a different company printed our wedding invitations to the wrong size. The team at Staples cut a stack of 100 in a few minutes and made sure they fit in our envelopes. They were so kind and efficient.

    We had a very frustrating experience at Staples trying to return an Amazon purchase. The store was huge, yet seemingly empty of staff, as my husband walked around for a significant amount of time trying to find someone for help. When an employee finally came to the service desk, the wait was still unreasonable, especially considering there were only a few other customers in the store. The lack of available staff and slow service made what should have been a quick and easy process very inconvenient.

    Buyer beware - I ordered something to be picked up at a local Staples store and received many emails to let me know the item was ready for pick up only to find out that the item was out of stock and in fact not available when I arrived at the store. No communication from on-line store about this and the brick&mortar store was clueless because they are separate entities.
