- KBKathleen BakerJul 28, 20221.0Frequent problems with package delivery...we print out the tracking number EVERY time because we never know if the package that we have been notified was at the post office will actually be delivered to our box...the man at the front desk is very dismissive of any questions...it is just so unpleasant to go in there...we have had the same post office box for 50 years. I can never remember it being this bad.

The first time the delivery notice said that we had requested pick-up at the post office, which we never did. When we spoke to the supervisor about the obvious lie, she said that the substitute driver was having difficulties completing the route. The item was a live plant that sat in a box all weekend. The second time the notice said that a delivery was attempted but we weren’t home - we were home all day and never saw the truck. No signature was required, so all the driver needed to do was leave the package. This happened just before the Holiday weekend so once again we had to wait several days to pick up our delivery. The time stamp on the notice was 11:20 am, but we never receive our mail before 4:30 pm. This tells me that the package never left the facility.

She tells me it's not on the top of the pile so she isn't looking and I have to wait until tomorrow. Worst customer service here every time. This isn't the first time it has happened either. There needs to be some sort of customer service training here. On the other hand, the older gentleman that works here always goes above and beyond and he is very nice.
