The Brewster PO went out of their way to find it and get it to me. Even calling to let me know the situation and again to make sure I received it. Thank you Brewster PO.
- AMAlex McHughFeb 24, 20181.0I’ve lived in 8 different towns in my 30 years and have not had to deal with issues from any post office except this one. There has been over 10 occasions just in the past year where I have had to track down packages myself. I went to pick up a package today that was supposed to be delivered yesterday and was told that I’d have to wait until they got to bin 3... they were on bin 7. After going in yesterday to look for the package and was told to come in, in the morning before the package got loaded onto a truck. I did just that, they knew where the package was and decided that they needed to go through the rest of the bins instead of just grabbing and scanning my package. Again this is just the last of a long line of incidents I have dealt with. I will try and avoid this service at all costs when dealing with important items.
