My husband and baby arrived 10 minutes before the appointment as it suggests when making an appointment. Whomever was in charge of passports started taking regular clients in line rather than passport. If you know there is an appointment at 3:30. Maybe call out for the 3:30 appointment? We tried so hard to make it to the appointment and they just don’t know how to organize well that it just wasn’t possible.
