    It appears that the male clerk consistently overcharges for my packages. I submitted a pre-scanned package, only for it to be returned two days later due to insufficient postage. This issue has recurred multiple times, leading me to actively avoid his service.

    I had a great experience with customer service at the USPS Braintree location for my passport appointment. The staff were very kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. There is convenient parking, and I highly recommend this location. It’s really sad that they are short-staffed due to budget cuts, because great workers like these end up suffering. I truly hope they are compensated fairly, although I doubt it. Still, excellent service and wonderful employees.

    We went in for a passport appointment for an infant - there was one person working there at 9am on a Tuesday. By the time we got to the front of the line, we were told to wait on the side. Several minutes later, we were told that the camera doesn't work so they cannot take passport photos. They should've informed us that their camera doesn't work when we booked the appointment in advance. The woman working was rude, wasted our time and had no sympathy for the fact that we had been waiting there with a 1 month old baby.

    Horrible location! Likes to chit chat and gossip with each other and not do their jobs, when there is line of 20 people. Asking where I got my packaging boxes from. Shouldn’t you guys know that information it says usps ground on it. Unprofessional, behavioral needs improvement tasteless for two employees to argue in front of customers. Now I see why I have been missing mail it’s because of YOU. Do Better !
