These prices are not on ups website. I did sent the email to corporate office as well. Try voiding to go to this franchise. They will try to rip you off.

I've literally shipped a lot of boxes/packages with other UPS stores with no issues and this place tries to sell you their supplies saying the box I have is not good , this or that but we have a bag for 5 dolla . I don't know but it seems shady to me they're trying to make extra money which is not cool when somebody has to go out of their way to ship something and stuff like this happens while I was there it happened to two other people and I googled the type of box that can be used and show them and they said no so sorry i have bag 5 dolla. I don't know if UPS can see this review and talk to those people there or train them but this store sucks all way. Step It Up UPS you guys are huge com to be trying to make 5dolla. Please do something rather then replying with a automated response on how bad it is and will forward to whomever. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!
