I had ordered a package from Australia on November 30th, with the intention of giving it as a present today, December 20th. However, the USPS tracking updates were sluggish, and I was starting to worry it wouldn’t arrive in time. After submitting a request for my package to be expedited, Giana went above and beyond to make sure I received it. She personally called me to let me know the package had arrived at the Boxford Post Office, and she assured me that she would carefully search through the parcels to find mine. True to her word, Giana hand-delivered the package to me, ensuring it made it to me on time for my special occasion.
