I have been visiting this US Postal Service branch for a while now, and usually have had very good experiences. There is a black woman employee at the left of the counters who is always very friendly, helpful, and loves chatting with customers. She has helped me several times already.
However, my most recent visit was quite different. This time, I was greeted by a black woman with glasses. (I saw someone post a photo in the review talking about a bad experience, the photo was her.) She worked at the middle counter, and her attitude was extremely rude from the very beginning. She kept staring at us with very unfriendly eyes, which made things very uncomfortable.
I needed a few seconds to pull up my QR code on my phone, so I said, "Sorry, just a few seconds." Unfortunately, the phone signal was poor at that time, so it took some time. She not only didn't wait patiently but also said in a very sarcastic tone, "So more than two seconds?" and kept staring at us.
The entire interaction process felt unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional. Honestly, it made us feel very uncomfortable. And it felt like she might be a bit discriminatory.
Working in the service industry, I understand that sometimes you can be extremely busy, but since you have chosen this job, basic courtesy and respect are really important. If someone is clearly unwilling to provide these, it can seriously affect the customer experience.

One of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. She kept yelling at me to step back before explaining why. I would’ve had no issues with that employee if he just explained what occurred as I’m waiting in line.

I come to this USPS fairly regularly and it’s usually staffed by the same two women. They’re unbelievably patient and kind and they go out of their way to help customers. Genuinely the best, most stress-free post office experience I’ve had.

Easily one of the most unprofessional, disorganized locations I've been to. I scheduled an appointment for my passport well within the given passport appointment hours, only to be be told to come in another day. None of the dates and times I was given worked for me, nor did it reflect the hours displayed on the website. I had to press for a vague and extremely dissatisfying explanation as to why the time slot that was made available suddenly no longer worked.

They have a sign with holiday hours, which is useful. There is nothing that says they're closed for new years day, but they are. Even google currently days they're open and a little busy (????) This location is usually fine but this is annoying.
