I had purchased their insurance on it, but I have now been stuck with an insurance claim for a month, with no ability to contact anyone, and having not received any contact besides automated messages asking me to upload documents which I have already uploaded. It is clear that the entire insurance system is designed to frustrate the consumer and make it impossible to actually receive any money from your claim. Because I shipped through a UPS STORE, it is a completely different process than UPS’s website. The entire system is designed to confuse you. Would give negative stars if possible. Avoid business at all costs.
