The only gripe I had is dealing with the elderly woman in trying to tell her she owed me $0.40 in change after paying $13.60 with $14 until I quit trying to explain and let her keep my change. Other than that, I got my stamps and that should be enough

Yeah, sometimes it takes a little bit to get things done, but I've never waited for longer than fifteen minutes, and the staff are mostly tiny older ladies. You can take a few more minutes to be nice to them. I have a PO box here, and setting it up a and receiving mail has been very easy. The staff recognize me now, and are very kind. If you are patient and polite to the staff, you really won't have any issues.
