- APAmanda PflugradDec 21, 20191.0The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I arrived at 1:30 PM to ship my last Christmas gift, the man working there told me I couldn't come in. I was confused considering they didn't close until 2 PM. He said they had people in line, (only three people) and wouldn't let me in. He told me I could go to South Station to ship instead. He then proceeded to shut and lock the door in my face. I was shocked considering it's the Holidays too. Needless to say my Christmas gift will not be arriving in time now. I will not be coming back here again. I highly recommend using to The UPS Store on Commercial street. The staff has always been so respectful and accommodating. This would have never have happened had I went to them instead. I've learned my lesson, don't use this location.
