The guy who works there in the morning did a terrible job packaging my items. The envelop ripped when he was wrapping the books and he taped it instead of changing it or using a box instead. Result: My books never arrived, I lost the $120 I was going to get for them and USPS didn't even give a refund for their "no delivering" service. After filling up several searching forms and calling everyday for a month, they told me that the ripped envelope was found but the books are lost. If you have something important to send, use FedEx or UPS.
