I scheduled an appointment for my passport well within the given passport appointment hours, only to be be told to come in another day. None of the dates and times I was given worked for me, nor did it reflect the hours displayed on the website. I had to press for a vague and extremely dissatisfying explanation as to why the time slot that was made available suddenly no longer worked.
