When I first arrived I showed a female member of their staff my invitations and asked if I needed anything beyond stamps, she said no, after weighing my envelopes but neglected to notice or mention that the seals on the back of my envelope would cost more. I spent an hour prepping the envelopes in the lobby and it was only when I went back to desk to send them off that her coworker noticed that I had seals and said it would cost extra. The lady then gave me attitude and told me I should have told her to look at both sides of my envelope as if she would have been ok with me telling her how to do her job. She then proceeded to try to charge me for additional stamps - that had school busses on them - rather than apologize for her mistake. I ended up taking my business to another office. I wish I remembered her name so I could make a final complaint because I noticed she was not polite to other customers the hour I spent there.

Nobody gives a review when everything works as it should, but in fact it does most of the time. The post office worker was friendly. Told me everything I needed to know.
