The kindest public service worker you could meet. He explained my options and issue in detail. There is parking here even though traffic can be a little dense in the area. I will choose to come here for everything USPS related due to the customer service. Unfortunately the USPS near me in Dorchester (Adams Street) lacks in customer care.

They helped me the best they can . eventually they had to seek help from a higher up. So they set me up with a supervisor named JUDELYN . basically I was having mailing issues and my mail wasn't being delivered, so I needed to speak to someone who can actually help . Judelyn was very rude and snarky. First thing , I had to wait almost an hour to speak to her. when she finally came down , she acted as if I was disturbing her afternoon snooze . She listened to respond , and not listen to my concerns at all . I left the post office feeling unsure about my neighborhood post office due to the terrible customer service I received from the supervisor. Nothing was solved . The clerks tried their best. I'm considering moving to a location where the supervisor actually care about their customers , and actually want to be of service . not uptight , rude , and snarky.
