Came in and there was a line with NO ONE at the windows helping customers. 5min later someone came and the first person in line took 15-20min to service. Then a second person slowly came and turned on her station. At least 3 windows should be open on a weekday afternoon and the post office should be able to serve customers properly and in a reasonable timeframe. Just atrocious.

Avoid this location if you can or you'll loose a min of 30 mins of your life dealing with unincentivized sloths in a deadend place. The fact humans still function like this in 2026 is unreal. This is literally the definition of "you'll be replaced with AI". If you want to experience a use case in how bad a service can be and how to replace humans and processes, please visit and be fascinated (or angry) that your tax dollars go to this nonsensical organization.
