They have to a better system than this… passports take 20+ minutes and they only have one employee working, what about people that come to just drop off mail and require a label? It’s truly insane. I’m so disappointed

I had a very poor experience at this post office. The service I received from the employee I worked with was unhelpful and frustrating. To make matters worse, after the interaction, the employee filled out the customer satisfaction survey herself and marked it as “highly satisfied” without asking me. That is not acceptable, those surveys are meant to reflect the customer’s honest opinion, not to be manipulated by staff. This kind of behavior goes against USPS policy, misrepresents real feedback, and undermines trust in the service. My actual experience was far from satisfactory, and I hope management addresses both the service issues and the misuse of surveys.

This may be the very worst post office in Boston. The woman behind the counter, Francine, started a social conversation with the other person working right as I came up to the desk. There was nobody else in the post office at the time. She proceeded not to pay adequate attention to the customer right in front of her, instead, having a social conversation with the other worker in the post office. Then she had difficulties with her scale. Then she started an argument with me, which was absolutely unnecessary. Then luckily, the other person in the post office offered to help me. I am absolutely enraged that Francine is a government employee. She is not qualified to work in a post office. She is not capable of any level of customer service.

By far the worst experience I've ever had at a usps i have ever had. I have this women working there 2 small flat rate priority packages she scans 1 and tells me its the wrong zip code so I'm double checking she takes the other one and proceeds to finish that one and puts the postage on it. I double checked and the zip was correct. It was going to bruce st and the address she's showing me on the screen says bluebird ln. So I'm telling her "yes of course its wrong zip cuz that's not the correct street." We are arguing back and forth for like 2 min and she like can't comprehend that she has the complete wrong number and street name She so hung up on the zip, and it's completely going over her head. So then she voids the whole thing, and I'm like, well, what about my other package? And she goes, did you pay me? Already? I was like you don't even know if I paid you long story short, I end up having to leave because she couldn't send either of them. Once I asked her for a tracking from my first package. Did you see a small black woman with a french creole accent avoid her she is by far the the worst usps employee I've ever come across
