Trying to dispose of something permanently? This USPS office is the place for you! Anything you try to mail will permanently disappear, with no information, no plan of action to fix it, and no accountability. Even if you buy tracked and insured next day priority, it will vanish with no update even a week after your "guaranteed delivery" date. Even if you open a case on their support line, you won't hear back. Try to stop in: Will they help you? No. But will they be polite and helpful about it? Also no. So accept that your irreplaceable mail is gone forever. Trying to get rid of a dead body? This is the spot!! Trying to mail something that will actually get to it's destination? Go literally anywhere else.

Terrible customer service experience, was unable to mail my packages with pre paid USPS labels because the staff member refused to print them. When I said I would just void them and purchase labels there she became unreasonable and told me to leave and go print it myself at a library and then come back. In the middle of this encounter she started screaming at a man with a service animal telling him they both needed to get out. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to ship packages to clients. I am a small business owner and the lack of regard for people’s wellbeing is insane coming from a government employee. Will be using UPS exclusively after this.

I only go to this USPS because it local but every time I go and the employee Ellis is there I find that there issues. She very rude and disrespectful and has been responsible for my packages being lost that I’ve dropped off and she doesn’t scan. However the employee Kay is a lot more pleasant.
