- EWethan WagerDec 10, 20251.0Just a cascade of issues. I never received a tracking number, then I was home for a signed package and the driver didn’t knock. I called and they said he couldn’t reroute, which is totally fine. I said no problem, but then I’ll have to change the delivery date to next Tuesday. The ups rep said they were going to charge me, and I said no offense but I’d like them to waive that fee since they made a mistake. She told me no, so I politely asked to speak to meet with a manager and she just said no again. I’m only leaving this review because I feel like it’s my only recourse. The one star comes more from the fact that the rep didn’t give me anything to work with than the missed package. Life’s complex but at least try to help your customers when there’s an issue.
