    Staff at this location are knowledgeable and very helpful. Also, UPS could address all my shipping needs easily which is a lot more than I can say for FedEx.

    I had a last-minute package I needed to send out and I stopped at this UPS location on my walk to dinner! Lando F helped me and was so enthusiastic about his job and so professional he got my package out with care!! Give this man a raise his customer service skills are the best I’ve seen in Boston!

    Wow - I don’t typically leave reviews but Lando absolutely crushed it today and is an amazing employee! We entered the store and saw a large line in front of us - Lando was the only one working and helped everyone in line efficiently and effectively all while having a smile on his face!! Had such a great experience shipping out a package because of his efforts.
