The guaranteed 10:30 AM delivery was missed entirely due to delayed tendering at this store. The letter did not arrive at any point on the scheduled day. If timing matters, use a carrier with company-owned, operationally integrated retail locations rather than this storefront.
- S0Sudo 06Dec 9, 20255.0I'm not sure but the indian guy who just started working over here has a way of speaking and greeting customers. He is pretty straightforward, does not rush anything, deals patiently, especially the old lady who was in front of me trying to figure out how to use the app to get a label, that is humanity and respect, while the other bald guy just keeps on pointing the bar code scanner at customers to call people even when he is not done with the customer already on the counter. And half of the time he murmurs something which no one can understand . I have been visiting this store since a while now and this Indian guy is the best hire they made. He said to me "trust us with your package, we are here for you". 10/10!!!!

One woman was already being helped and the guy was patient while she looked for the right return label on her phone. I was able to ship my package to my employer without bringing any packing materials, process was quite pretty easy. We have a PO Box here and pick up mail regularly.
