One woman was already being helped and the guy was patient while she looked for the right return label on her phone. I was able to ship my package to my employer without bringing any packing materials, process was quite pretty easy. We have a PO Box here and pick up mail regularly.
- AVAnton ViceOct 24, 20251.0Avoid this location at all cost I came in here to return Amazon package, this black bold guy scanned my return bar code, printed label, then ripped it apart and told me to pay for packaging. It was outrageous, he said he wouldn’t ship it that way and I have to pay for a different shipping label. I tried reasoning, but he was being me for an hour as to why this is illegal or something. Management definitely hiring just about anybody and they will be wasting your time and scam you . Like for what reason? He doesn’t even get the cut? Must be sick to the head or something. Anyways, save time and money and go to a different store

- MDMike DolanOct 2, 20251.0On Aug 5, 2025 I requested the UPS Store, 71 Commercial St (Boston) to forward a ~1 lb mailer to Santiago, Chile. They charged me ~$250. In late August the package FINALY reached Santiago, but the UPS app kept saying “we contacted you”—we were never contacted. We checked the app daily and had to call the Santiago warehouse each time. We were told to wait, then to pay about $10 more; later we were told it hadn’t cleared / wasn’t paid / might be disposed of. After sending proof of payment twice, it finally arrived ~6 weeks after Aug 5. Summary: Very high cost, contradictory instructions, and poor service and communication from the warehouse and UPS international support. UPS is not recommended based on this experience (and I cannot recommend this store location). Keywords: UPS.
