This work takes under 5 minutes to complete. I was told that I would have to wait over an hour to get the binding done, despite there only being a couple of customers in the store. I then went to the location in Post Office Square and, not surprisingly, got the binding done in under 5 minutes. FedEx charges a hefty fee for this service ($13.94). I think management should be aware that the employees here are passing up on providing services that bring an hourly rate of around $200 an hour, in addition to wasting their customers' time. The service and resources at this store have been solid and convenient in the past, but this experience was bizarre to me.
