Incredibly slow service. The staff is not interested in helping customers or keeping the lines moving. One of the worst locations I’ve used in the city.

I am currently scrambling to find ANY FedEx employee who can help me after this location screwed up our shipment in the most colossal sense. This is literally about whether my infant son has food tonight. My wife and I were in Boston on a business trip and we have an infant back in Michigan. We shipped a week's worth of breastmilk from this location, a market value of ~$2800, in a box that will keep it frozen for 72 hours. We paid for guaranteed delivery by 5pm 11/8/25. When the box didn't arrive, we contacted FedEx and found that it was "delayed" with ZERO notice to us, until Monday 11/10/25 at 5pm. This will not only ruin $2800 of breastmilk that my wife worked very hard to produce (dragging equipment across the country and to her conference, working with hotels to keep it frozen), it means my son literally has nothing to eat starting later this afternoon. Every formula we've tried, he vomits back up. This is not an "oops, we got it there a little late," this is about whether my infant son has food tonight or not, and so far every single person I contact at FedEx just shrugs and says "well, it'll be there Monday after it spoils. Once it spoils you can file a claim. But not till Monday, because we're not open on the weekend." We paid over $170 for guaranteed delivery by 5pm 11/8/25. FedEx apparently feels that "guaranteed" means 'we'll give it half a try and if it doesn't make oh well, here's a coupon.' They list the box as being just ONE HOUR's drive away from where its needed, but say there is no way any human on earth can get it across that one hour gap, no matter what we do, until Monday at 5pm. Disgusted beyond belief with this company. Whether my son has food tonight isn't an "inconvenience" like they keep saying. This company, and this location in particular, don't just need to be avoided, they need to be sued into the ground.

My colleague and I stopped into this FedEx location after a long day working a nearby corporate event, and we were juggling multiple packages that needed to be shipped out quickly. It was a stressful moment for us, but Rudy immediately stepped in to help and completely turned our experience around. He was calm, professional, and incredibly kind. Rudy handled everything efficiently while keeping a friendly conversation going, which truly put us at ease. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism and warmth so effortlessly. Rudy, thank you for your help and for being such a highlight in our day!
