Instead, the package is now one week late past the promised delivery date. There have been no updates on the tracking, no clear explanation for the delay, and no proactive communication from DHL. For a company that charges premium prices for express service, this level of service is unacceptable. Customer service has been equally frustrating. I’ve tried multiple times to get assistance, but no one seems willing to help, and it’s nearly impossible to get a real person on the phone. Paying this much for shipping and then being left without answers is incredibly disappointing. I expected professionalism and accountability, but unfortunately, this experience has been the opposite. I would not recommend DHL
